Incredibly cheese and tasty appetizer for the New Year’s Eve menu. Give it a try!

Ingredients

Cream cheese — 3 pieces;
Russian cheese — 100 grams;
garlic — 3 cloves;
mayonnaise — 2-3 tbsp .;
salt, ground black — pepper to taste;
lettuce for decoration.

Step by step recipe

Cooking a cheese appetizer with garlic will take you very little time. Prepare the «snowballs» in advance and refrigerate, and sprinkle with grated semi-hard cheese on all sides before serving. A spicy and quick cheese snack is ready!

Put the processed cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes, then grate it on a coarse grater. Pass the garlic through the press.
