Delicious SALAD in 10 minutes.
smoked chicken fillet — 300 g
corn — 1 can (300 g)
onion — 1 pc.
pickled cucumbers — 2 pcs.
mayonnaise — 2 tbsp. l
boiling water — 1/2 tbsp.
vinegar 9% — 2 tbsp. l
sugar — 1 tsp.
salt — 1/2 tsp.
First, pickle the onions for the salad. We cut one onion into small cubes. Put chopped onion in a small bowl. To it add half a teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. I use apple cider vinegar, but you can also use table vinegar 9%.
Pour all half a glass of boiling water and mix until sugar and salt dissolve. Leave the onion to marinate for 15 minutes.
While pickling the onions, we will prepare the remaining ingredients for the salad. Two pickled cucumbers cut into cubes.
One smoked fillet weighing about 300 grams is first cut into plates. And then we cut the plates into small cubes.
Pour the chopped fillet, one can of canned corn, prepared cucumbers and pickled onions into a large bowl.
Season the salad with two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix well.
The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
Tip. If you don’t like pickled onions, you can sauté them in a pan.
