Elderberry infusion for colds. Various parts of the black elderberry contain useful biologically active substances, but there are especially many of them in flowers. They are rich in:

rutin;
choline;
essential oils;
vitamin C;
organic acids (malic, valerian, etc.).

Such a chemical composition gives the elderberry inflorescence exactly the properties that are necessary to overcome the symptoms of a cold, especially a cough.

Elder:

has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects;

COOKING METHOD
