Nettle (leaves) 50 g

Hot water 0.5 l
COOKING METHOD
To prepare the broth, make a medicinal collection: mix the plant materials in a dry container.
Take 2 tbsp. l. collection and pour into a saucepan.
Fill raw materials with hot water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer over low heat for a little over 10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, wrap it with a towel and let the product stand for another half hour.
Drink a third of a glass three times a day. This broth is taken after meals.
