For chronic bronchitis, a herbal collection made from birch buds, wild rosemary, nettle and oregano will help.
Birch buds enhance expectoration, act as an antibacterial drug. They strengthen the immune system: the body responds better to treatment and copes with the disease. As a diaphoretic, birch buds help with elevated temperatures.
If the cough is wet, wild rosemary will thin the mucus and make it easier to clear the airways. If dry, it promotes the formation of phlegm, relieving cough. The plant disinfects the inflamed areas, preventing the development of infection.
Nettle stimulates carbohydrate and protein metabolism in the body: thanks to this, the condition of the bronchi improves, they recover faster. Also, the herb has expectorant and antimicrobial properties.
Oregano reduces inflammation, relieves spasms and enhances the healing effect of birch buds at temperature.

Ledum 200 g
Nettle (leaves) 50 g
Hot water 0.5 l
To prepare the broth, make a medicinal collection: mix the plant materials in a dry container.
Take 2 tbsp. l. collection and pour into a saucepan.
Fill raw materials with hot water.
Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer over low heat for a little over 10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, wrap it with a towel and let the product stand for another half hour.
Drink a third of a glass three times a day. This broth is taken after meals.
