It improves metabolic processes in the liver and in the kidneys. I think that it is necessary to use not external means such as wraps, but to regulate the processes inside the body — and a dandelion will help to do this.
When the flowers appear, eat several of its yellow flowers daily. Then all summer and the beginning of autumn (in short, the whole season) add crushed stems and dandelion leaves to various salads.
For example, you can make a salad of leaves of dandelion, green onions, parsley and dill. Approximately 100 g of dandelion leaves can stand in cold salted water for 30 minutes, then chop them, add 50 g of chopped green onions and a bunch of chopped parsley.
Salad dress with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt and sprinkle on top finely chopped dill.
In winter, prepare a decoction from the roots of a dandelion (they are sold at a pharmacy) and drink it. To prepare the broth 10 grams of raw material (a tablespoon) put in enameled dishes, pour a glass of hot water, simmer for 15-20 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, then strain and wring out the remaining raw materials. The volume of the broth obtained, bring boiled water to 200 ml.
Take a third cup of this decoction (preferably in a warm form) 3 times in day for 15-20 minutes before meals.
In addition, it is possible to prepare coffee from the roots of a dandelion. To do this, the roots of the dandelion (bought in a pharmacy or collected with their own hand in the spring or autumn, washed with a brush and dried in the air) fry in the oven until hot, then grind in a mortar or coffee grinder and brew like coffee.
In summer you can dry the grass with dandelion flowers.
Brew in the winter this raw material (a tablespoon pour a glass of steep boiling water, insist until cooling) and drink the same way as the decoction of the roots of dandelion: a third cup 3 times a day before meals.
Herbs for the liver.
In addition to dandelion treatment, I recommend you drink such beneficial herbs for the liver’s work, like milk thistle, immortelle, chicory.
It is best to drink these herbs «in a circle» for 2 weeks each of them:
2 weeks, drink one of these herbs, then — the other, after — the third and then again the grass with which you started, etc.
Brew these herbs at the rate of: a tablespoon per glass of water — you get a dose of medicine for a day.
Herbs for improving liver function are taken 20 minutes before meals.
Beet beet is useful to you.
To improve liver function, I recommend eating more beets both in raw, and in boiled or baked form.
The beet contains organic substance betaine, which promotes the breakdown and assimilation of protein foods and is involved in the formation of choline.
Choline also increases the viability of liver cells and improves it work — so the beet can and should be used as a dietary product in liver diseases.
