Mask with vegetable oil
Heat any vegetable oil to a temperature of 38 ° C (slightly above body temperature), soak it with multilayer gauze and put it on your face. After some time, remove the mask with a swab dipped in hot water, after which — blot your face with a cool, damp towel.
Curd mask with butter
Mix 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil. Put on face for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water or kefir.
Mask with cottage cheese and fish oil
Mix 2 teaspoons of fat-free cottage cheese with 1 teaspoon of parsley juice and add 0.5 teaspoon of fortified fish oil or 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil, as well as 1 zest of lemon or orange. Apply the mask to the skin of the face, and after 10-15 minutes remove the cold broth of parsley. Lubricate dried skin with any oily cream.
Yolk, camomile, series
Rub the egg yolk thoroughly with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, in which, for 10 minutes, chamomile flowers and a string in a ratio of 1: 1 were insisted on a water bath. Apply a thin layer of the mask to the skin and after 10-15 minutes remove medium-brewed tea at room temperature. Lubricate dried skin with cream. The mask well narrows the dilated capillaries on the skin.
Masks for dry and sagging skin
Sour cream mask with lemon juice
Mix 6-7 g of fat cream with 0.5-1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 0.5 teaspoon of sour cream. Apply the resulting mixture to the skin for 20-25 minutes, and then remove with a swab moistened with tonic lotion.
Mask for sagging skin
Mix 5-10 g of lanolin cream with 5-7 g of aged aloe juice and 5-10 ml of vegetable oil. Apply the warm mixture in massaging movements to the forehead and neck, moist after a preliminary warm salt compress. After 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with a spatula (or the handle of a spoon) and apply a protein mask on top (grind 2 tablespoons of protein with 0.5 teaspoon of fine salt). After 10 minutes, cleanse the skin with cotton wool moistened with infusion of St. John’s wort or sage, then rinse with the same infusion and grease the skin with any liquid cream.
To prepare aged aloe juice, take a living plant (in a pot) and keep it in the refrigerator on the lower shelf at a temperature of 2-3 ° C for 12-14 days.
Protein mask with cottage cheese
Grind 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 1 egg white with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. The mixture is applied to cleansed face and neck.
Yolk mask with carrots
Add 1 teaspoon of fennel and carrot juice to the crushed yolk. Stir and apply the resulting mass on the face. Rinse off the mask with warm and then cold water. With very sensitive, irritated skin, it is better to refrain from applying the mask.
Milk mask with raspberries
Strain through the cheesecloth juice 100 g raspberries and mix it with 2 tablespoons of fresh milk. Cut a mask from the gauze with holes for the nostrils and mouth, moisten it with the resulting composition and hold on the face for 15 minutes, then rinse your face with cool water.
Mask with apple
Grate half an apple. Then mix with it 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 yolk, 1 teaspoon of ascorbic acid powder, vinegar and vegetable oil. Apply the resulting mass to the skin for 30 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
Honey and milk masks
Grind 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 tablespoon of milk. Keep the mixture on your face for 15-20 minutes. The mask is useful for dry, aging skin, especially effective in spring.
Mix honey with equal amounts of sour cream, milk, cream, cottage cheese. Apply with sluggish, dry, yellowish skin.
