Once my colleague from work came from Anapa: she looked very exhausted. It turns out that she received severe sunburn and all her vacation was just tormented.
How to prevent sunburn, probably everyone knows, but how to treat them later?
I want to give very useful and effective recipes, which with success apply in such cases:
• A hot, sweaty face needs refreshment. First you need 1-2 times wipe it with sour cream or sour milk, and after 10-15 minutes with room temperature tea or sage infusion.
On still damp skin it is necessary to put an easy or a light; a mild moisturizing cream.
With dry skin, sunburned, nutritious masks from potatoes are good — the boiled tubers are ground with cream or sour cream, a warm slurry is applied evenly to the face.
• The therapeutic mask with sunburn — 100 g of honey, 2 yolks, 100 g of vegetable oil. All grind and slightly warm.
Apply the mask in several steps, with an interval of 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the mask with a tampon soaked in chamomile infusion — 4 tbsp.
Spoons of chamomile are put in enameled dishes, poured a lid and heated on a water bath for 30 minutes, cooled to room temperature and filtered.
After the mask, apply a nourishing cream to the face skin.
• With constant sweating of the skin, you can wash the infusion of the herb of St. John’s wort — a tablespoon into a glass of boiling water.
