One of the most common diseases in our country is peptic ulcer stomach and duodenum. It is accompanied by increased or decreased acidity. And in each case it is worth following a certain diet.
In case of exacerbation of stomach and duodenal ulcers, special treatment methods are needed:
Daily in the morning on an empty stomach, 1.5 hours before meals, you need to drink 2 raw proteins. Do the same before going to bed. Continue treatment for a week. Helps with exacerbation or bleeding ulcers.
Sort raw buckwheat and lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
3-4 tbsp. spoons of cereal in the evening steam 10 tbsp. spoons of boiling water (preferably in a thermos).
Eat for first or second breakfast. The course of treatment: from 1 week to 1.5 months, depending on the patient’s condition and compliance with the diet. This is a good treatment for the acute stage of peptic ulcer disease.
When the pain comes on suddenly, you can grind fresh chicken yolk, add about the same amount of cocoa powder, butter and honey. Stir the mixture until smooth and take 1 tbsp. spoon every three hours, but no later than half an hour or an hour before meals. The first attack goes away quickly, but this mixture should be taken for two weeks.
You usually need to eat at least five servings a day. After a two-week break, the course can be repeated.
With increased acidity.
Of the products recommended for high acidity, first of all, whole milk should be noted, which reduces gastric secretion and supplies the body with the necessary amino acids in an optimal ratio. If milk is not well tolerated, you can add it to tea and drink it after meals.
Also useful products include:
cream, non-acidic cottage cheese; boiled, stewed, baked vegetables;
all cereals, except millet, pasta;
lean meat, lean fish and poultry;
non-acidic varieties of apples, pears, bananas.
All sokogonny products are banned:
strong and fatty broths (meat, fish and especially mushroom);
raw vegetables, pickles, marinades, spicy vegetable snacks; smoked meats;
butter dough, pies, black bread;
ice cream, cold drinks; alcohol, cigarettes.
To reduce acidity, use St. John’s wort, centaury, dioecious nettle, calendula, medicinal letter.
Take equally chamomile and linden flowers, St. John’s wort and yarrow, birch buds. Brew 1 tbsp. Spoon collection with boiling water in a porcelain teapot and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Take 1/3 cup between meals 3 times a day for a month. After 4-6 weeks, repeat the course of treatment.
Take potato juice 3 times a day — 0.5 cups 30-40 minutes before meals;
or carrot — 0.5 cups an hour before or 1.5 hours after a meal.
With low acidity.
With low acidity, the following are allowed:
lean meat, fish, poultry, boiled, chopped, baked or lightly fried, but without breading in breadcrumbs or flour;
meat, fish, mushroom, vegetable, cereal soups;
whole milk only in food and drinks (porridge, cocoa), fermented milk products, cottage cheese, eggs
well-boiled cereals, boiled pasta.

canned meat and fish;
soft bread and other fresh products from yeast dough, pastries;
To increase acidity, use calamus, anise, aloe, three-leafed watch, dandelion root, eleutherococcus, viburnum, red rowan and rose hips.

In the morning, strain and drink half a glass of slightly warmed infusion 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day according to the scheme:
One month — treatment, another — a break.
Take 2 tbsp. tablespoons of large plantain juice or 1/2 cup of warm cabbage juice — 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day for a month.
The juice of black currant, chokeberry and lingonberry will increase the production of acid in the stomach.
