Knotweed from kidney stones is a non-toxic universal remedy, the effectiveness of which is primarily associated with a high content of silicic acid. Due to the effect on calcium salts in calculi, it contributes to a significant reduction in their size, crushing and excretion in the urine.

In addition to silicic acid, knotweed contains tannins, carotenes, a polysaccharide complex, and trace elements. These beneficial substances provide antimicrobial, diuretic, regenerating action of the bird knotweed (also called knotweed). In this regard, it is advisable to use knotweed in the treatment of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, urinary system, as well as for skin problems. But most often, speaking about knotweed herb and its use, they mean the use of funds based on it to get rid of kidney stones.

To obtain the infusion, you need to pour a teaspoon of dry herb into a glass of boiling water and leave for half an hour. The broth can be prepared in the same proportions, but with a little boil the mixture using a water bath. It is necessary to consume knotweed-based products internally two or three times a day before meals.

Knotweed herb for urolithiasis can be used not only independently, but also in combination with other plants that have a beneficial effect on the state of the urinary system. This can be, for example, bean flaps, goose cinquefoil, bearberry.
