And we increase the activity of movements by at least 30%. Here are the most effective means: swimming, cycling, in winter — skiing, in summer — rowing, all year round — running and gymnastics with equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells and especially a jump rope), training on simulators.

How to tame the «ravenous appetite»?

By the way, the inability to refrain from eating is one of the main reasons for obesity. And soybeans, beans, lightly toasted seeds, nuts help to quickly tame an unrestrained appetite, which can sharply reduce the consumption of the main sources of carbohydrates — bread and cereals, toasted bread and baked potatoes will help to satisfy hunger.

Try milk tea. And to eat slowly, slowly chewing food, it is better more often (4-5 times a day).

Vegetables, fruits and wild herbs are great allies in the fight against obesity. Zucchini, pumpkin and watermelon are especially beneficial due to their high fiber content and their ability to reduce the absorption of cholesterol. Gooseberries are refreshing, choleretic and diuretic.

Carrots, lettuce, as well as beets, cabbage and cranberries are very useful.
