INGREDIENTS

St. John’s wort herb 1 tbsp. l.
Linden flowers 2 tbsp. l.
Peppermint leaves 2 tbsp l.
Chamomile flowers 1 tbsp. l.
Thyme herb 2 tbsp l.

COOKING METHOD

Bring 2 L of water to a boil.
Cut a large piece of cheesecloth and fold it several times so that you get a square measuring about 30 by 30 cm.Pour the listed ingredients onto the fabric. Lift the edges of the gauze up and tie to form a pouch.
Place the herbs in a saucepan and cover with prepared boiling water. Wait for the mixture to boil.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it brew for half an hour.
Prepare a bath with warm water (temperature — no more than 40 degrees) and pour the prepared herbal infusion into it.
Take a bath for a short time — no less than 15 and no more than 20 minutes. Please note: you do not need to plunge completely into the herbal bath — the chest should be above the water.
