SOOTHING BATH OF HERBS.
They act well on the nervous system, not only internally, but also externally. Therefore, further we will talk about phytovanna.
During such a water procedure, medicinal plant components enter the body in two ways: through the skin and the respiratory system.
The action of the warmest water also affects the relief of well-being: it relaxes the muscles and relieves tension. Fitovanna eliminates such signs of a malfunction of the nervous system: poor sleep, irritation, depressed mood, etc.
Fitovanna can be prepared from a wide variety of plants and their combinations: mint, lemon balm, thyme, lavender, chamomile, eucalyptus, etc.
In case of disorders of the nervous system, a bath with herbs should be taken 2-3 times a week. And after complete recovery, this method can be used further to improve your well-being.
