Compliance with the diet prohibits eating fatty, salty foods, sweets, sugar, and drinking alcoholic beverages.
The duration of the diet is 7 days, during which the same menu should be followed every day.
Breakfast: 250 ml of coffee (no sugar, you can add skim milk).
Lunch: a portion of dietary grilled meat (you can boil it), a couple of slices of black bread, a green apple and a cup of coffee.
Dinner: a portion of boiled chicken breast (can be grilled), a couple of slices of rye bread, an apple.
When following a coffee diet, it is important to prepare a drink from natural and high-quality beans. Weight loss after a week can be up to 3 kg.
The coffee diet is prohibited for people with high blood pressure, heart disease and any chronic diseases. In the absence of health problems, the diet should not be used more than 1 time in 3 months.
Before starting any short-term diet, try to consult your doctor. Fast weight loss diets severely limit the intake of calories, so you can stick to them for no more than 10 days.
If you sit on such a diet for too long, you risk getting health problems. You need to return to normal nutrition gradually, otherwise the lost kilograms will quickly return back.
