Honey greatly increases resistance to infections when consumed with no more than one tablespoon per day.
This product loses its useful properties when heated above 40C, so for therapeutic and preventive purposes should use honey not subjected to thermal effects, for example, do not put it in your tea, and eat in a snack.
Honey can be used to make a healing (and tasty) mixture to strengthen the immune system and normalize metabolism, for this purpose, you need to mix honey with nuts, ginger and lemon.
