• Take the deepest breath, while swelling your belly. Hold your breath for 10-12 seconds. Then exhale with your stomach, trying to he at the same time completely disappeared, as if stuck to the spine. Repeat 3-7 times three times during the day.

• In any initial position, as much as possible, retract the anus within 8-10 seconds.
Repeat 3 times for 1 approach, several times during the day.

• Standing, transfer the weight of the body to the right leg, left make free flops with the foot back and forth for 40-100 movements.
Repeat the exercises, starting with the other leg.

• Standing, jumping in place, changing the height of the jumps. Start with 50 jumps, gradually increasing the load, bring up to 300 daily.

• By protecting yourself with your hands, try to make a straight twine, spreading your leg to the highest possible level. Hold in this position for 20-30 seconds, and then try to at least slightly increase the distance between your legs.

This exercise is very important, as it helps to stretch the tensed adductor muscles of the thigh.

• Sit on the floor, stretching forward and to the sides of the foot. As though rearranging the buttocks, move back and forth for 30-50 «steps» with each buttock.

• Lying on your back, rest on the back of your head and buttocks so that your back raised herself above the floor.
Lock this position for 10 seconds. Repeat 3-10 times.

• Exercise «boat». Lying on your stomach, stretch your arms along the torso. Without the help of hands, simultaneously lift the chest and straight legs from the floor, leaning only on the stomach.
Hold in this position until you feel tired. Repeat 3 times.

• Put a rubber ball on the floor and lie on it with your belly.
Leaning your hands on the floor, roll the body over the ball for 35 minutes.

How we treated prostatitis.

I want to tell you how I treated my nephew against prostatitis.
It is necessary to take 500 g of green pumpkin seeds, pass through a meat grinder and mix with 500 g of honey.

Roll balls or just take a teaspoon in your mouth and suck like candy 3 times a day for half an hour before meals.

Or pumpkin seeds with peel put in a damp cloth for 3 days, then dry, grind in a coffee grinder and use a teaspoon 3 times a day for half an hour before eating. Drink 2 months.
