After 1 week, filter the tincture and drink 1 tsp. 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals. This recipe is recommended for people with normal or low blood pressure; people with hypertension should not drink the broth.
Heather infusion is excellent for headaches, tinnitus and partial memory loss. 1 tbsp. l. dry herbs, pour 0.5 liters of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Leave in a warm place for 3 hours, strain. For the first week of treatment, drink 1/2 glass a day instead of tea at any time. The next 2 weeks — 1 glass. After this, take a ten-day break and repeat the course from the beginning.
