Three glasses of oats (but not Hercules) thoroughly washed and poured 3 liters water. Boil for 20 minutes on low heat, then remove from heat and wrap well for 24 hours or leave in a thermos.
Then the broth is filtered through a dense napkin, add to it 100 g of honey, close the lid tightly, put once again on the fire and allow to boil.
After it has cooled, pour into clean bottles and put in the refrigerator.
Before use add freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.
Drink broth in small sips, very slowly, savoring, 100 grams a day for half an hour before meals.
