Avitaminosis is a painful condition characterized by a lack of one or more vitamins in the human body. Avitaminosis develops as a result of malnutrition, which lacks vitamins. Or because of their poor assimilation in some diseases.
Lack of vitamins and microelements leads to various abnormalities in the body. These abnormalities take various forms, ranging from dry skin to convulsions and pellagra.
Symptoms and signs of vitamin deficiency
With a lack of vitamin A, night blindness, dry skin, small rashes, hair loss, brittle nails can develop.
With a lack of vitamin B, (thiamine), nervous exhaustion, overwork, skin diseases of nervous origin, neuritis are observed.
Lack of vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is characterized by weakness, pain in the eyes, redness, cracks in the corners of the mouth.
With a lack of vitamin B6, the skin can be affected in the form of seborrheic dermatitis, inflammation of the tongue, glossitis, is observed. Children may have seizures, anemia.
With a lack of vitamin C, bleeding of the gums, hemorrhages on the skin are first noted. Scurvy may develop.
Lack of vitamin D is manifested by rickets.
With a lack of vitamin PP (nicotinic acid), pellagra and some nervous diseases can develop.
Pine pollen and green cones. Avitaminosis.
1. With vitamin deficiency, pine pollen or its tincture gives an excellent effect. Take pollen 1/4 teaspoon 3 times a day with 1 teaspoon of honey 30 minutes before meals.
2. Harvest green pine cones. Pour vodka over the cones and leave for 30–40 days. For 1 kg of cones, 1 liter of vodka. Take 1 tablespoon of tincture 3-4 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The tool relieves chronic fatigue syndrome, treats coughs, flu, diseases of the bronchi and lungs, gastrointestinal diseases, vitamin deficiency.
Treatment of vitamin deficiency with needles
Recipe number 1. Cut fresh spruce or pine needles with a stainless steel knife. Wash with cold water, finely chop with a knife or scissors. 4 cups chopped needles pour 2-1 cups of cold water. Acidify by adding 2 teaspoons of highly diluted hydrochloric acid and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Place in a dark place for 3 days, stirring constantly. Strain and drink 1 glass a day with vitamin deficiency.
Recipe number 2. Pour 1 kg of chopped needles with 5 liters of cold boiled water (better than bread kvass). Insist 18 hours in a warm place. Drink at will. When collecting needles, remember that in winter it contains much more vitamins than in summer.
Recipe number 3. Grind 100 g of fresh cedar needles. Pour 1 liter of boiling water over it. Put on fire, bring to a boil. Heat over low heat in an enamel bowl for 1-2 minutes and leave, wrapped for 1-2 hours. Take 0.5 cups 3-4 times a day with vitamin deficiency, adding sugar or honey.
Rosehips are harvested at the end of August and in September when they turn red. Rosehip decoction increases endurance. Accelerates the recovery processes after stress. Helps as a restorative agent after previous diseases of the biliary tract and liver. Improves digestion. It has a beneficial effect on the body with certain gastric diseases and vitamin deficiency.
Means 1. Use rosehip decoction for vitamin deficiency, prepare the decoction as follows:
rinse in cold water with 20 g of dried rose hips;
pour 0.5 liters of boiling water;
boil in a water bath with the lid closed for 10 minutes;
insist overnight in a thermos and strain;
sugar or honey can be added to the resulting broth.
Drink 0.5 cups 3 times a day. Store in a cool place for no more than 2 days.
Means 2. In the spring, when the first leaves of the rose hips appear, pick them off and knead them until juice appears. Then dry it by spreading it in a thin layer in the shade. Brew and drink like regular tea.
1. Pour 1 tablespoon of dry primrose herb with 1 cup of boiling water. Insist, wrapped, 30 minutes, drain. Take 0.3 cups 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. The tool makes up for the lack of vitamins C and A in the body.
2. Pour 1 tablespoon of dry rowan berries with 1 glass of boiling water, leave for 1 hour. Drink during the day in 2-3 doses. By the amount of carotene (vitamin A), rowan fruits are superior to carrots. And in terms of vitamin P content, mountain ash occupies one of the leading places among fruit and berry crops. You can make vitamin syrup or jam from fresh rowan berries.
