The most important thing in the whole process of treatment is to heal the spine. It is necessary, first, to rub the ointment prepared on bee venom (it can be purchased at pharmacies), in the morning and in the evening.

It will be very useful and this recipe: take 2 tbsp. Spoons of root elecampane, valerian, herb scones, mix everything and pour a glass of boiling water. Infuse 3 hours. Drink 2 tablespoons. Spoon 4 times a day.
To sleep it is necessary on a wooden board, under a neck to put a warm bag with a grass of a thyme. This must be done. We drank grass for two months, greased the spine — a break 10 days.
