The duration of the diet is only a week, during which you will eat cereals from different cereals every day. During the diet, you need to minimize the consumption of sugar and salt.

Wheat day

In the morning you need to cook porridge from 200 g of wheat groats and 1 liter of water. This amount of porridge should be divided into three meals.

• Breakfast: porridge, half a glass of milk.

Millet day

Oat day

In the morning, cook porridge from 200 g of oats and 1 liter of water and divide into 3 doses.

• Breakfast: porridge, half a glass of milk.

• Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth, garlic, parsley.

• Dinner: porridge, 80 g of cottage cheese, 3 tbsp. spoons of milk and 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa.

Barley day

In the morning, cook porridge from 200 g of barley and 1 liter of water and divide into 3 portions.

• Breakfast: porridge, half a glass of milk.

• Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth, green onions, a quarter of sweet pepper.

• Dinner: porridge, half a glass of orange juice, 1 teaspoon of condensed milk.

Rice day

Boil 140 g of rice and eat it in small portions throughout the day.

• On the basis of rice, you can prepare the following dish:

Peel and stew a pound of apples in a little water and mix with rice, seasoning with lemon juice and cinnamon.

Buckwheat day

Cook 200 g of buckwheat per day and divide into 3 doses.

• Breakfast: buckwheat, half a glass of milk.

• Lunch: buckwheat, a glass of vegetable broth, herbs.

• Dinner: buckwheat, a glass of kefir.

Assorted day

For a day, cook porridge, taking 60 g of wheat, buckwheat and oats and 3/4 l of water.

• Breakfast: porridge, half a glass of warm milk.

• Lunch: porridge, a glass of vegetable broth, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste, garlic.

• Dinner: porridge, grated apple with lemon juice and cinnamon.
