The product has a positive effect on metabolism, supports immunity, improves skin condition, and promotes cell renewal.
There are 3 options for the nutty diet: unloading and two types of the three-day diet.
A fasting day on nuts can be 1 or 2 days, during which it is possible to lose 1-1.5 kg of weight.
The daily ration should be 100 g of nuts, as well as an unlimited amount of green tea and still water.
The first variant of the nutty diet
Breakfast
Vegetable salad with nuts and olive oil, toast, natural coffee
Dinner
Vegetable soup, fresh juice, nuts
Dinner
Buckwheat (oatmeal) on water, herbal tea
As a snack, you can use raisins or nuts. A portion of food should be 200-250 g. Weight loss will be about 0.5 kg per day.
The second diet option
This diet is designed for 4-5 days. A set of products for a day: 100 g of dietary meats or fish, 1-2 tomatoes (cucumbers), 50 g of nuts, 100 ml of kefir (milk) with a low fat content.
You need to drink water or tea without sugar. This diet will allow you to lose 2-3 kg in weight.
Contraindications to the nut diet are:
nut allergy;
diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, pancreas;
psoriasis;
overweight.
Hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts are most effective for dieting, but they should be consumed in small quantities.
